If you're the kind of person who loves a good plan, thrives on keeping things running smoothly, and doesn't mind juggling a few moving parts, this role might be right up your alley.

As an Operational Scheduler/Planner, you'll be the one making sure food safety audits for a major retail client are planned and delivered without a hitch. You'll be working closely with the client team and auditors, making sure everyone's in the right place at the right time, and that everything is logged and tracked properly. It's a role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure will really shine.

You'll be managing schedules, sorting out travel plans, and keeping systems and client portals up to date. If something changes (and it will), you'll be the one who keeps things on track and makes sure everyone's in the loop. You'll also be the first point of contact for client queries, so being friendly, professional, and quick to respond is key.

You'll work closely with the wider team - Account Managers, Field Team Managers, and the Operations Director - to make sure everything lines up with the client's expectations and service level agreements. And yes, there'll be a bit of admin too, but you'll be so on top of things it'll barely feel like work.
